Hangar Development Plans

The proposed hangar sites on the east side of the runway (between N. Lake #1 Rd. and the Runway) is to put 12 hangar sites along the N. Lake #1 Rd., a parallel hard surface taxiway 150 ft. from the runway center line to increase the airport safety. Area outlined in green below.
The picture below shows the layout of the 1 acre lots. They come with 150 ft. of road frontage. There will be a hard surface taxiway that will double as a roadway access (this is due to county request to only have one entrance (curb-cut) into the development). The entrance will be gated to limit access, and each lot will share a taxiway to the parallel taxiway to limit the impervious surface for better drainage. It will also allow for 100 ft. of hangar separation.
The hangar phase completed in August 2002 is going very well. Thank you for your overwhelming support and commitment. The first Hangar building just south of the existing airport buildings (click here for actual hangar picture).And as you can see we have sold 6 hangars and 4 others are leased out on 1 yr. contracts. In other words we are FULL.
